This poem has a desperate tone to it. Maybe it potrays the agony a woman feels or maybe the poet has decribed her own conditions. Is the poet representing the role of a woman? sacrifices?

Well, a lot of quesions arise along with every word of the poem. The starting and the ending is fantastic...

i don't know much of urdu, but then knowing hindi helps to understand what this is about. "Beet e Lamhaat" I guess is, "Beet e Lamhey" Or "Moments Gone by" in english. My interpretation is that this is a sad love poem, when the poet talks about his lover who is gone, and how time goes by and moments shared have also gone in real but they last in memory. Somebody who can understand urdu better, will be relishing the true beauty of this poetry.

And if somebody can translate this beautiful piece, I am sure it would be appreciated.

Again an unfamiliar poet, but with excellent linguistic skills. The beauty of this poetry, more than its meaning is its flow, language, and wonderful imagery.

A very good piece, with an appropriate title.

Wonderful poem with a wonderful title. It was the title that made me read the poem, and I don't regret reading this one bit. It is beautiful.

Great poem in here, again by one of those unfamiliar poets.
