What is the point in loving when no one will love back?
why love if there is no point?

this is from scott

I made this in my technical class. It was made for a band that i use to be in called Lightening Sky (that is what the text reads if you can not cypher it).

on The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost, on April 7This is another great poem! my mom and i really enjoy reading this. it teaches you to be yourself. don't follow every one else, for that path is long and weary but take the path with the bushes and thorns...get those scraps and brusies fall down sometimes. don't go out there in today's world and do drugs, drink, smoke. be who you want to be and not what others want you to be. that's not our purpouse in life.

on Fire And Ice by Robert Frost, on April 7I LOVE this poem! I have it almost memorized! lol
what is so great about this poem is that you can't tell what the world will end in. is it fire or is it ice? no one really knows.
"some say that the world will end in fire,
some say in ice."
"But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice
Is also great"
what is this Hate he talks of? what did he mean when he said that he thinks he knows enough hate?
again great poem and i love it! -
on Give All To Love by Ralph Waldo Emerson, on March 26"Give all to love;
Obey thy heart;
Friends, kindred, days,
Estate, good fame,
Plans, credit, and the muse;
Nothing refuse."
Give all to love? why give all to love if one has trouble of loving? is love not just a feeling? or is it something more? it is a good poem and very open in my oppinion. but i find it hard to understand for i have trouble loving. -
on Himself by Alice Guerin Crist, on March 26
Beautiful but sad
"Last night, when I was listenin’
Alone, to wind and rain,
He took the chair beside me,
Himself - come home again."
the things we see and here when we aare alone can sometimes be scarry. but sometimes it is a good thing...it all depends on how you look at it.
"But now - my arms were round him,
The room seemed full of flowers,
And Youth came back and sunshine,
That glorious time was ours."
you remember the good times with your husband. the ones you want to live in forever because you do not wish to live in his dead depressed state that he is now in.
"The wild winds brought the morning,
The dawn was red and chill,
And Himself was lyin’ sleepin’
In the graveyard on the hill! "
here he lays dead in the graveyard. he may no live in peace. away from the things that bother him.
all of this seems to be just a dream of the past and of what you wish it to be up until the very end.
