on The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe, on April 16I think I will have to read this poem several times before giving in indepth comment. I will say this though, I am thoroughly impressed and taken back with power, impaaact and mastery of this poem.

on Annabel Lee by Edgar Allan Poe, on April 10This poem brought tears to my eyes as it plucked at my heart strings. Hauntingly beautiful, I am truly touched. My Annabel Lee (Lori) died on March 9th of this year. This is the first Poem by Poe I have ever read. Hum, coincidence or providence? I don't know, but I'm the richer for reading it!
