on Re-voyage by Emily Pauline Johnson (Tekahionwake), on March 17, 2005Interesting... I once had an experience on a kayak that felt like this... "wave-rocked and passion-tossed"... I was very much traumatized and bruised. I love the poem... it's very stormy and lonely. I feel that way sometimes.

This is so beautiful... I love the analogy of violins... and I love Ranier Maria Rilke's poetry (I love her name! I want that name!), with her style of bringing one word tumbling upon the next. This is wonderful. I'm so glad her works are on this site.
