on The way your little finger moved by Stephen Maria Crane, on November 30, 2003I like this short piece very much. I think that he uses few words here to express a great deal. It shows just how deep a love can go, to the point that you want nothing more than that finger crooked at you.

on Intrigue by Stephen Maria Crane, on November 30, 2003A beautiful poem. I like the way that he uses repititous phrases to make it that much stronger. It is a truly beautiful piece.

on The Face That Launch'd A Thousand Ships by Christopher Marlowe, on November 30, 2003A classic piece and one that shows the power of the simple things in love.

on The Infinite by Count Giacomo Leopardi, on November 29, 2003Best poem of all time! I love the way that Leopardi really describes with such beauty and magnificence nature in all of it's power. The way that it is just filled with power and the sense of overwhelming infinity of nature. In about two months I'll be seeing 'il colle del'Infinito', the hill of the Infinite, from where Leopardi was inspired to write this piece. He is truly a master of poetic genius, and underappreciated by English speaking audiences.
