  • on The Old Librarian by Anna Hamilton Wood, on June 1, 2007
The library is a place full of wonders and delight. This poem captures this spirit and adds the touch of sadness of someone saying goodbye.

  • I had to learn this poem off by heart and so did the rest of my class. For weeks one could hear bursts of the "Wander wander onward lightly".
Only we learnt it in German. Still it's a brilliant poem with great imagination.

  • on Buckingham Palace by A.A. Milne, on November 10, 2006
This is an alltime classic poem. I've always loved it and I'll definately make sure I'll tell it to my children.

    Simply fun

I read this poem ages ago, but when I just re-read it it was just as funny.
A.A.Milne writes simply, funny and I think every child should know him.
