on The Old Librarian by Anna Hamilton Wood, on June 1, 2007The library is a place full of wonders and delight. This poem captures this spirit and adds the touch of sadness of someone saying goodbye.

on The Pupil In Magic by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, on November 10, 2006I had to learn this poem off by heart and so did the rest of my class. For weeks one could hear bursts of the "Wander wander onward lightly".
Only we learnt it in German. Still it's a brilliant poem with great imagination. -
on Buckingham Palace by A.A. Milne, on November 10, 2006This is an alltime classic poem. I've always loved it and I'll definately make sure I'll tell it to my children.

on The Four Friends by A.A. Milne, on November 10, 2006
Simply fun
I read this poem ages ago, but when I just re-read it it was just as funny.
A.A.Milne writes simply, funny and I think every child should know him.
