on War Girls by Jessie Pope, on August 23, 2007They weren't forgotten. While the boys went off the women back home, working the jobs of men, weren't forgotten. This is great. on O Captain! My Captain! by Walt Whitman, on August 23, 2007I really love this poem. Our English teacher explained the meaning of it to us last her and I'm glad he did because I never would've know what it was about. But this really is a great poem. Truly is. Whitman was a brilliant poet.
