on After Trying Many Years by Michelangelo Buonarroti, on May 18, 2004Wow that was such a good poem. Sometimes it takes forever to reach what you need, sometimes it takes a whole lifetime, but it's worth it.

on Beowulf (The Prelude) by Anonymous Olde English , on October 11, 2003Nice, I just finished reading Beowulf for my English 12 class, and it took a while for me to get into it, but it's actually not that bad of a book. I truly think "The Wife's Lament" is better, I dunno, maybe I relate to that a tad bit more. But still, imagine having to read this in the REAL old English, with the ae all one word? Nuts!
