I love to read old poems, they sound sooo new, not old at all.
to dance till you are that tired, so that you can rest by the tree..very nice...

this poem reminds me of the unselfishness of the men who gave their lives for freedom. And for those who die without a marker to show where life was taken from them...no fear, just did what their heart and country asked of them, and gave it all with love for fellow man, women and children and above all...to keep peace...this poem short but full of everything one needs to know about war and the deeds of an fearless love for us all.

  • I so loved this poem and the way it described on how the world was new and how love was different. Very different than the way it is today..A very good poem indeed..Ann
