on A Riddle by Anonymous Americas, on March 30, 2004personally, I'd favour a flea over a mosquito, but seeing the nature of riddles, I doubt that it is that transparent, they rarely are. the grammar is awful, but thats not the point is it? lol will think on it. Someone somewhere may have either seen it before or be bright enough to see straight awat what this is, I prefer to make up my own riddles, it's good exercise and it's amazing how something so transparent to yourself should be so veiled to other people. Try making one up and see!

on A Woman Wanders Through The Fields by Douglas Gibson, on March 24, 2004What a lovely piece! You managed to combine simple story telling with imagery seamlessly. The daisy-chain motif starts and finishes it nicely too. Closure, of a sort.
I am not sure of the double use of will numb....and numb though. Perhaps 'dull' might be of more use as the second 'numb'??
I feel it would emphasise and compliment the numb whilst avoiding repetition. Without a change there is a danger of being too many 'ands' whilst a small change negates this. What do you think?
Nice to see all the grammatical forms used correctly.
I am turning away from capitalisation at the start of every line, just as commas at the end of each line seem to have become passe. There are arguements for both views of course.
I see GH got in first! lol
Still two good reviews can't be bad eh?
