    Does it not apply to the present times in countries war torn and with civil strifes? When spring comes to one of such lands after a long time, it ends in other countries, and again for years we wait for the spring and good times to return there but then it starts somewhere else again, thus a never ending cycle of tragedy, sadness, loss......
