      Qabbani is ennunciating the effect love can have on someone. it turns one weak at the knees or iy makes you feel you could fight tigers. It makes you tounge tied or it makes you eloquent.
      Quabbani says, for him he becomes ruler of time and therefore time can stand still, ruler of the world and therefore he can do what he wants. He feels he writes even better than usual and his words are like flowers. etc etc
