on The House by the Side of the Road by Sam Walter Foss, 2 hours agoFrom guest Trish Ernst (contact)
My dad gave me a piece of paper in 1980 (he is 81 now)with the second verse of this lovely poem written on it.It had been stuck to a boiler room wall where he had worked for over 30 years. As his writing is a little hard to read, I have wondered for years where the words had come from. Late tonight I decided to have a quick search.I was overjoyed to find this and cried when I watched your video. Thank you so very much. I still have that piece of paper and would never part with it -

The Great Poem
From guest Michael Chan (contact)
I was looking for this because I read this before and I thought it was perfect for an example for my assignment. It clearly shows a picture of a great childhood in your head. Such a great picture too.. reminds of my earlier childhood..
