Oh, what a delightful read. I am surprised no one else has commented, this is such societal angst (the kind of poems which many on here love to applaud). Well, carry on. lol

on anyone lived in a pretty how town by e e cummings, on August 10, 2004I am not a fan of cummings, and haven't been since the first, but I truly enjoyed this poem. I found that, when read line by line for understanding, the reader is left confused, but, if read all at once, the mind de-garbles and a message is heard.

on Amoretti LXXV: One Day I Wrote her Name by Edmund Spenser, on August 10, 2004This is very interesting to say the least. A sweet poem, and the syntax brings much to the poem. Without it, the poem would take different meaning, and the reader would be left disquieted.
