When I was a child we were allowed to watch TV for one hour a day It was wonderful to look forward to that one hour of national geographic or some such show.. -

Intense
The majority of the wealthy have worked all their lives and have earned their wealth. Waste is a result of ignorance, waste can be rerouted to the poor. If we knew how. The majority of the poor choose not to work or seak self improvement. There are alot of free programs in America,Some Initiative would help( to control thier lives better.
