  • It has been awhile since I have read this piece from AB...he really had a way with the words that flowed gold from his pen. Always a pleasure to read.

  • on The Highwayman by Alfred Noyes, on March 4
So much has already been said about this piece...it was a set piece for my daughter to review in her English class and that still holds terror for me ..... but most definitely a worthy piece for students to review.

  • Such great imagery that trips the imagination into gear. I can still recall the first time I read this poem in Primary School and each time I read it the picture plays out in my mind. Always a pleasure to read.

  • on My Country by Dorothea Mackellar, on February 22
