Muriel Stuart

I lived from 1889-1967. I was from Great Britain, and am in the English category.

Muriel was born in London. she began writing poetry at a very early age with her first works appearing in the English Review in 1916. Thomas Hardy encouraged her as he stated her work was 'Superlatively good'. Two volumes of poetry, published in 1918 and a third in 1922, followed by an American edition in 1926.
