William Baron (AKA Bill-O'-Jack's) was a Lancashire printer/poet who, in the style of John Hartley and the "Clock Almanack" printed a regular monthly pamphlet containing dialect prose and poetry (under the name Bill-O'-Jack's) together with pieces in standard English (under his own name).
