I think it's funny how children are taught about him in school, then you realize how much fun you would have had learning about him if you understood what this was all really about.

This is one of my absolute favorite poems by cummings. My English professor in my first semester of college read this to the class and asked us what it's about. It's about a man "breaking" in a virgin. This is an absolute work of genius, if I may say so myself.
