this is how the poem is read: grasshopper who as we look up now gathering into the grasshopper leaps arriving grasshopper to become rearrangingly grasshopper. it is a fabulous charming poem that speaks on the simple experience of a grasshopper that leaps randomly but settles in the end on the ground. at first it might look as a beast hideous and unclear (r-p-o-p-h-e-s-s-a-g-r), but then settles down. among its several interpretations that the grasshopper is nothing but a human who spend all his life trying to find out who he really is.
