A Baby-Sermon

The lightning and thunder
They go and they come:
But the stars and the stillness
Are always at home.

I love this poem especially because it is short. Normally MacDonald's poems are so long, and though I love his writing, they can be a little long. Here he so simply states the idea that though our lives maybe be scattered with trouble, right down at the core of things God is our peace.

Interesting natural write about how the exciting things can come and go, but something as simple as the stars stays
