From dusk to dawn,
From town to town,
Without a single clue,
I seek the tender, slender foot
To fit this crystal shoe.
From dusk to dawn,
I try it on
Each damsel that I meet.
And I still love her so, but oh,
I've started hating feet.

Wow!... this poem has brought me such good luck! last year i used the poem for my forensics class comp. and i won and then i went to the "team" competition and i Won AGAIN and then i went to the 6th grade competiton and i came in 3rd! then i went to the school and i came in 5th! out of 11! so thanks so much for writing this poem! now im using this poem again in 7th grade for my theatre arts class! i love it! thanks for creating it LOL xoxo <3 -
