The Grizzly Bear

The Grizzly Bear is huge and wild
It has devoured the little child.
The little child is unaware
It has been eaten by the bear.

It's funny, in a dark sort of way. I guess it helps to be a little absurd. The first inclination of a normal reader is to worry about the child. The 'left-of-center' reader thinks, "I wonder if the poor bear with get indigestion?"

Looking deeper, I suppose it could be a metaphor for totalitarian governing, and how those under its power can become complacent, but I won't go that far.
