English Translation
I wish to go and dwell,
In such a place,
Where there's no one else.
No one to understand my speech,
No one around to talk with,
There, I want to reach.
I wish to build,
One such house,
Without a door to enter,
Without the boundary walls,
Thus there will be no neighbours,
And there will be no guard.
There will be no one thus,
To take care of me,
When I will fell ill.
And there will be no one,
To mourn or cry,
When I will die.

A brief
The poet is tired of looking for a true love. He is quite frustrated and is trying to escape from this world full of hypocrites. Also he feels that there is no one who can understand his problem so he prefer to be living in such a place where there is no one who can disappoint him with his company.

I cannot even begin to imagine why such a place would be wished for. To be totally alone in the world is a devastatingly sad thought and one I cannot relate to.
A world without love is beyond my comprehension.

Unless this is speaking of going home to God...this is a desperately sad and lonely piece. Yet it has a simple beauty in the phraseology, if it has been translated accurately, and I assume it has by Qazi Muhammad Ahkam. This is a form I am not familiar with at all, but I enjoy the succinct 'speech' of it. No whining or yearning, only presenting a fact, seemingly...very unusual to a western mind, but so lovely.
